The İmportance of Use of Artificial İntelligence in Nursing Care and Practices

Abstract

In the current century, technology is developing rapidly and the use of artificial intelligence technology is increasing rapidly in the field of health.Artificial intelligence in health affects many areas in health care, including diagnosis, treatment, care, research, management and education.Artificial intelligence allows nurses to advance their skills, devote more time to improving nursing care and practice, facilitate repetitive work, reduce nurses' workload, and provide evidence-based personalized quality care to their patients.Artificial intelligence technology offers the opportunity to optimize nursing care delivery by easing mundane, time-consuming tasks that do not require special nursing skills and knowledge.It is stated that artificial intelligence technology is a new field that needs to be learned for nurses.It is thought that nursing, which is a professional discipline, should use artificial intelligence applications effectively and keep up with innovations.This review is designed to integrate nursing care and practice with artificial intelligence technology, to meet the care and needs of the patient with artificial intelligence technology, and to emphasize the importance of artificial intelligence in nursing care and practice.
